Application to be a speciality, non-selling vendor at the Webster Arts Fair, June 7-9, 2019

Speciality Vendors are located near the artists tents and offer marketing opportunities to share their message with up to 25,000 art fair visitors. We try to treat our vendors well, offering water and snacks throughout the fair... and access to the best audience in St. Louis! Specialty Vendors may hand out literature and samples, but may not sell products during the fair.

A 10x10 space is $1500 and must be staffed during all fair hours. Set up assistance is available. Call Jeane Vogel, Executive Director, at 314.918.2671 with questions.

The Webster Arts Fair would like to recognize its supporting Vendors – if you would like us to include your artwork in our promotional materials you must electronically submit artwork of your logo no later than April 6, 2018 - 300dpi or greater EPS or JPEG file to j.vogel@webster-arts.org. Vehicles may drop off and pick up materials, prior to the opening of the Fair and at the completion of the Fair. All vendors are responsible for set-up and clean-up of their Vendor Booth Location. Booth set-up must be complete by 4:00pm on Friday and removed by 7pm Sunday. The Webster Arts Fair is a project of Webster Arts, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
