Welcome to the 2025-2026 Nipper Program. By completing and submitting this form you will be enrolling your child in the upcoming intensive surf education program held over the Christmas / New Year period. Please read the Parent/Guardian Nipper Handbook for detailed information on the Apollo Bay Nipper Education Program.

Enrolments will not be accepted unless all the sections of this form are completed. Forms must be submitted by Friday 1 December 2025

Prior to submitting this Nippers registration form, the following mandatory components MUST be completed:
• All Parents/Guardians and Nippers MUST be financial members of the Apollo Bay SLSC.
• All Parents/Guardians MUST have a CURRENT Working With Children Check (WWCC) and be linked to LSV & ABSLSC.
