Please fill out this form for any inquiries about making a group booking at our Port Coquitlam location, located at Fremont Village, 815 Village Dr Unit 145-155, Port Coquitlam, BC

If you are interested in a full facility rental for a private event ("Buyout"), please follow THIS LINK and fill out that form instead. Please note: Buyouts require a minimum of 6-weeks notice.

Please fill out all required questions so we can help book your group to climb with us! Please allow up to 7 days for us to reach out to you after submitting this form to confirm the request.

Instructed Session (Essential Bouldering):

Availabilities:
  • Monday - Tuesday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 5:00pm - 8:30pm
(If your schedule does not align with our availabilities, please request your preferred time in the last section)

Price:
  • Youth Session: $35/climber 
  • Adult Session: $47.25/climber
(Please indicate if your group is for a public school or a non-profit for a reduced cost)

Duration:
  • 2 Hours
Number of Participants
  • Minimum 5 participants for a group booking
  • Maximum 30 participants per timeslot (More than 30 participants will be split into separate timeslots)
Booking date must be at least 2 weeks away (From the time we contact you)

Self-Guided Session (Group Drop In):
(Only available during regular gym open hours)

Gym Open Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 12:00pm -10:00pm
  • Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 10:00am - 9:00pm
Price:
Adults (18+): $29.85 + $6.75 shoe rental (if needed)
Youth (6-17): $23.00 (shoes included)
Youth (0-5): $18.05 (shoes included)

An orientation will be given to the group from the staff along with risk management and gym rules. For groups including any youth, you MUST bring your own supervisors for this option, and follow the supervision ratios accordingly.
