八甲田山荘へのご予約は、予約フォームにて承っております。 電話でのご予約は、予約間違い防止のため原則承っておりません。何卒ご理解のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。

■ ご予約の流れ

1. 予約フォームに必要事項を入力し、送信してください（自動返信メールが届きます）。

2. 当館より改めて「予約成立」のメールをお送りいたします。このメールの送信をもって予約成立となります。

※2～3日経過してもメールが届かない場合は、お手数ですがご連絡ください。 

※ご予約確認のためお電話をさせていただく場合がございます。日中ご連絡のつきやすいお電話番号をご記入ください。 

※ご予約成立後は、当館の定める宿泊約款および利用規約を遵守していただきます。

■ 注意事項・受付開始日

• 受付開始日： 夏の登山シーズンは5月1日から、スキー・スノーボードシーズンは11月1日から開始いたします。

• 冬季料金について： 12月～5月のスキーシーズン中は「1泊2食付き」の同一料金となります。素泊まりや朝食のみ・夕食のみのご利用でも割引はございません。

• 海外在住のお客様へ： 事前決済が完了した時点でご予約確定となります。

1. Submit the Form:

   Please fill out the required information in the reservation form and send it. (You will receive an automated confirmation email.)

2. Booking Confirmation:

   Our staff will review your request and send you a separate "Reservation Confirmed" email. Your reservation is officially completed upon the sending of this email.

• If you do not receive a reply within 2 to 3 days, please contact us.

• We may contact you by phone to confirm your reservation details. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during the day.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, guests are required to comply with our Accommodation Terms and Conditions as well as all applicable rules.

• Booking Start Dates:

  • Summer Climbing Season: Bookings open on May 1st.

  • Ski & Snowboard Season: Bookings open on November 1st.

• Winter Rates:

  During the ski season from December to May, a flat rate including 1 night stay with 2 meals (dinner & breakfast) applies. Please note that no discounts are offered for room-only stays, breakfast-only, or dinner-only options.

• For Guests Residing Overseas:

  Your reservation will be officially finalized once the advance payment is completed.
