About the speaker: An expert with over 10 years of diverse IT experience TOP-companies in various industries (finance, insurance, retail, media, and healthcare domains), which includes smooth running and optimization of ITSM and project management processes, building teams ‘from scratch’, managing distributed and cross-cultural teams.
Certified as PMP, Scrum Master and ITIL Manager, experienced in IT product and outsourcing companies. Member and volunteer of PMI and leading IT communities.
Planning, Daily Stand Up, Demo, Retrospective… strictly following all the rules of the framework, but it still doesn’t work? On the meetup, we will see together how can we get the value from this. So, what we will be doing:
- Once again realize the idea of Scrum
- Discuss typical facilitation mistakes
- Learn the difference between effective meetings and simply meetings
- Overview useful life hacks
