This month's Natural Mystery comes from Mississippi Gateway Regional Park, a little south of the Coon Rapids Dam. The photo was taken on a silt-covered path in early May, as the flood waters were receding. The questions are "Who & What Gait?" An ideal answer will identify the maker of these tracks as specifically as possible, and describe how the animal was moving when it made these tracks. Please also describe your process, and explain how you eliminated other possibilities, so we can all benefit from your analysis.
