The ACCESS Incubator: A Non-Partisan Crash Course in Civic Engagement seeks to train a select group of young Jewish leaders to deepen their involvement in government and public service.

Incorporating the essential non-partisan theory of change that AJC espouses in our day to day advocacy work, along with tips, tricks, and best practices, this one-of-a-kind intensive will serve as a boot camp for those young leaders who are exploring greater involvement in politics.

Incubator alumni may go on to become active members in policy-oriented NGO’s, take on leadership roles in campaigns and political parties, and even run for office.

The Power of the People: Campaign Fundraising and Jewish Communal Connections
Hot Topics and How to Address Them: Crafting and Responding to Political Messaging
Building Coalitions: Uniting Diverse Groups Around Common Causes
Being a Leader: An Elected Officials Roundtable
Turning Ideas into Reality: A Mock Town Hall
Participants must between the ages of 22 and 39.
No prior political experience is needed
Participants must commit to join the AJC Marshall Society**
Applications for the ACCESS Incubator will be accepted on a rolling basis through January 15th. The Incubator will be conducted virtually and will run February 8th - April 19th, 2023.
