National Committee Reporting form for APECS Annual Report
For ALL APECS National Committees to report all activities for the period of 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016.

Submission deadline on 7 August 2016!

Planned events in August / September can be included and should an update about them should be sent in by 30 August 2016.

If you have pictures for certain events that you want us to include in the Annual Report, please send these separate to info@apecs.is . Please include for each picture the label of who took the picture (with the approval that we can use it for the APECS Annual Report and on the APECS website) as well as when and where the picture was taken (including the name of the event).
