GardenShare & The Blue House invite you to a celebration of bounty and the local harvest on Wednesday, October 9th at the Madrid Community Center!
We will enjoy a multi-course meal highlighting the seasonal abundance of local farmers and food producers, including fresh fall produce from Kent Family Growers, Brandy View Farms, and Martin's Farmstand, meat from C&M Beef and Dairy, and cheese from Meier's Artisan Cheese.
To pair with these delectable flavors we will sip exclusive small-batch ciders crafted from local apples, and meet their makers from Frosty Twig Cider, Canton Apple & Cider, and Pierrepont Cider.
In addition, we will hear from Blue House Chef Josh Taillon, GardenShare's Executive Director Carlene Doane, and local producers like Joel Howie of Canton Apples about community collaboration and building a resilient local food system.
