This form consists of two separate assessments - PeopleStyles and Culture Map - that you will use to both learn more about yourself and develop more effective professional collaboration skills.

The PeopleStyles assessment will give you insight into your individual communication and work styles.  The Culture Map assessment will give you insight into your work environment and team communication preferences; these results will help you better navigate your relationships with your colleagues.

Please complete both sections as soon as possible.  Do not overthink your answers on either assessment - your first instinct response is often the most accurate.  Your results from both assessments will be emailed to you, though not necessarily immediately after you complete this form.

This form should take up to twenty minutes to complete; you cannot save your work and return to it later, so it is best to plan to complete this during a window in which you have at least a half hour to spare.  Please make sure that you complete this form by the first day of camp.
