Target audience: Parents of K1 to P2 students

Screening time: 9am to 12pm (30 mins slot per child; inclusive of screening and post-discussion with registered Psychologists)
Fees for screening: $15 per child

Maximum screening capacity: 10 kids (K2 to P2)
Maximum talk capacity: 16 adults

Our team will send you a customised invoice based on the information you have provided in this registration form, and your child's registration for the screening is only confirmed upon full payment. You will also receive your allocated screening timeslot if you have registered for it.
