Load in for vendors is Friday evening at 3pm, Vendor room hours are Friday from 4-9 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 7:30 pm. If you choose, vending is available at the hotel Sunday from 9 am to Noon. We will encourage all participants to shop as frequently as possible during all open times.
Vending areas are approximately 8x10. Your booth fee of $150 includes your ticket AND a plus one for an assistant. Hotel rooms are booked separately and are not included in this price. You should bring your own table and display, but a pop up is not needed as we are inside.
There are a limited number of vendor spaces available. We will be selecting which vendors are the best fit for our event and will notify you in a timely manner with our decision and purchasing instructions for your booth. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make our considerations regarding all applicants.
