Video Editor Application for Jenny Hoyos

Requirements:
- 2-3 Shorts / Week
- Must Use Premiere Pro
- Turnaround: 24-48 Hours (shorts)
- Pay: $150 per Short (depends on the skill) 

About the Job:
- my shorts are about 35-45 seconds
- footage is about 30 mins to an hour
- you'll be provided with the voiceover, script, editing notes, sfx, music library, and footage
- the edit should look clean & aesthetically pleasing
- what's needed in the edit: find the clips with the best visuals to pair with each word of the voiceover, subtitles and other text(as needed), effects (zoom ins, and cut ins, etc), sound design (sfx & music / usually 3-4 songs per short), and color grading (as needed - usually just increasing the brightness)

i'm looking for someone who is open to learning, hearing feedback, and adjusting to suit my style. extra points if you have a good sense of humor! also, just so i know you read this, please type the word 'editor' on the last question of this form.
