The California Consumer Privacy Act, including as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”) gives California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects certain rights with respect to Personal Information ("PI") that we Collect, use, or disclose to others, which they may exercise by submitting a Rights Request to us using the form below.

As explained in Section 2 of our State Privacy Notice,
California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects have the following rights:
California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects have
the right to know categories of PI, as follows:
- The categories of PI we have Collected about you in the prior 12 months;
- The categories of sources from which the PI was Collected;
- The Business or Commercial Purposes for which we Collected, Sold, or Shared the PI;
- With what categories of Third Parties we have disclosed the PI;
- The categories of PI we disclosed for a Business Purpose in the prior 12 months and, for each category identified, the categories of recipients, or that no disclosure occurred; and
- The categories of PI we Sold or Shared in the prior 12 months and, for each category identified, the categories of recipients, or that no Sale or Share occurred.
California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects have the right to request a transportable copy, no more than twice in a twelve-month period, of your PI that we have Collected.
Additionally, California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects have the right to delete PI we have collected directly from you, subject to our various retention rights (for which permitted retention purpose we will restrict data you request we delete).
California Personnel and business-to-business data subjects have the right to bring inaccuracies they find in their PI that we maintain to our attention and we will act upon such a Rights Request as required by the applicable law.
With regard to PI that qualifies as Sensitive PI under the CCPA, our California Personnel have the right to limit certain Sensitive PI Processing. We only Process Sensitive PI of California business-to-business data subjects for purposes that are exempt from Consumer choice under the CCPA.
Cookie-related Do Not Sell/Share/Target opt-out rights: California business-to-business data subjects have the right to opt-out of Selling/Sharing/Targeting of your cookie-related PI, for which we offer a tool to limit certain Third-Party cookie data Collection and use that may be deemed a Sale/Share/Target. Click here to use that tool and see the Do Not Sell/Sale/Target section of our State Privacy Notice for more information. This opt-out must be exercised on every browser and device. Since your opt-out under this section is designated by a cookie, it will not be effective if you block or clear cookies. Note, this cookie-related Do Not Sell/Share/Target opt-out must be exercised separately from your non-cookie related Do Not Sell/Share/Target opt-out rights explained below. We do not Sell/Share/Target California Personnel PI.
Non-cookie related Do Not Sell/Share/Target opt-out rights: We may make your PI available to Third-Parties for their own use. California business-to-business data subjects have the right to opt-out of our Selling/Sharing/Targeting of your non-cookie related PI. You must exercise cookie and non-cookie related Do Not Sell/Share/Target rights separately. We do not Sell/Share/Target California Personnel PI.
If you want to exercise your rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit our Sensitive PI Processing, or opt-out of Selling/Sharing/Targeting of non-cookie related PI, please complete this form to submit a Rights Request. We will respond to your request as required by the CCPA.
