PLEASE READ THE THE FOLLOWING TRUNK HOST INSTRUCTIONS:
The Arc of Anchorage is hosting a family friendly and inclusive event that provides an opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy a unique trick-or-treating experience before the cold of October comes! We need community members, organizations and businesses to host a "trunk station" and help us pass out candy and small prizes to guests. We expect 700-1,000 participants this year.
TRUNK STATIONS: Trunk Station Registrations start at $100.00 per trunk!
Trunks must provide their own candy or you can for an additional $50.00 pre-order the candy from The Arc. The total cost for trunk and Arc provided candy is $150.00. For the health and safety of trunk-or-treaters, candy cannot contain peanuts or other nut products. Candy must also be individually wrapped or packaged.
Decorate a vehicle (personal, company or organization) with your favorite theme and wear matching costumes. The Arc will have generic candy and small prizes for trunk stations if you use the pre-order option. If you'd like to provide your own candy or prizes to specifically match your trunk station decor theme, you are welcome to; just let us know and be prepared to pass out to over 700+ participants. Some trunks ran out of candy last time and we would hate for anyone to miss out.
Trunks must be decorated and manned by Halloween-costumed volunteers. Decor and costumes must be appropriate for families/children. Prizes will be awarded by The Arc of Anchorage, so have fun and be creative. We will award prizes for best overall trunk, funniest, and most creative. This event is a fundraiser for The Arc of Anchorage, a local non-profit organization to help us raise funds to support our employment, community and residential services for Alaskans who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities.

DEADLINE FOR TRUNK HOST REGISTRATIONS: SEPTEMBER 9, 2022 (Remember: last day to pre-order candy is Sept 5th.)
