Farm to School Grant Survey
Butte Valley Unified School District is building a school farm. Our goals are to promote wellness, community, and a project-based learning model. A combination of grant funds, a student-run business model, and donations will serve as the foundation for a sustainable school farm. 

This survey is required for our USDA Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant application. If granted, this program will provide up to $500,000 to BVUSD to contribute to our Butte Valley School Farm. Your feedback is crucial to our successful grant application.
