For children’s parties and small events costing less than £40 we will ask you to pay the total hire fee as soon as you receive your invoice. This will secure your booking and requested date. £20 of this will be non-refundable if you cancel.

For larger events, costing more than £40, a £20 non-refundable booking deposit will be required or you may pay in full if you prefer. Invoices will be emailed and receipts issued upon request.

A refundable damage deposit of up £250 may also be charged at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to reclaim the damage deposit using the form on the website. Please discuss this with the Bookings Secretary when making the initial enquiry.

Bookings are only accepted subject to your agreement with the terms of our conditions of hire and cancellation policy.
