Summer EBT card - need help getting Case Number from DTA

The Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI) is a legal aid office. We advocate for improvements to programs like SNAP and Summer EBT. 

DTA now has a form to request your case number directly from DTA. If you need your case number to PIN your Summer EBT card, please fill out DTA's form out here. DTA will then email or text you the information you need. 

If you were sent a Summer EBT card, that means you are not currently getting SNAP. SNAP, monthly federal food benefits, can help put food on the table year-round. To learn more and to apply, visit Mass.govSNAP.
