Hello Future Team Members,
Thank you so much for your interest in the One Church Children/Youth Ministry at Harvest Point. This is an exciting time for youth at One Church. As a member of the ministry team, you will have an opportunity to lay a spiritual foundation for the next generation! You will help develop and nurture the spiritual lives of children/youth at the integral stages of their Christian journey. In other words, you will be a part of teaching children/youth how God is the key element in their lives. Serving our children/youth at One Church is an exciting and special calling, and I trust you will appreciate the process in place to make sure qualified team members are working, serving and teaching our children in a fun and safe environment!
The process to become a team member is as follows:
1. Complete and submit a Team Member Application
2. Complete background check through our 3rd-party system (Checkr)
3. Meeting with Ministry Director or appointee
4. Observe in your area of interest in the ministry
5. Attend and complete the team member orientation and training (as applicable)
6. Complete your serving availability schedule for your desired time of service
