The Fall Conference will take place September 10 – 11 at the Renaissance Westerville-Polaris Hotel in Columbus, Ohio. The deadline to book a room at the group rate is August 19. This application serves as your registration for the conference. Please do not fill out the general attendee registration form in addition to this one or you will be sent another invoice.
