Terms and Conditions:
- You have read and understood the guidance provided by the Colchester Zoo school risk assessments.
- For Health and Safety reasons, all children and pupils in year 9 and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Numbers entered on this form are estimates. Your final numbers will be confirmed on the day of your visit when you arrive at the zoo.
- Once you confirm final numbers on the day of your visit these can not be changed. Please ensure your numbers are correct when you arrive.
- Payment can be made on the day, or via invoice after your visit (we do not accept pre-payment for school trips)
- Educational visits must be booked online a minimum of five days in advance.
- Educational visits cannot be booked more than a year in advance.
- To qualify for our educational rates, a visit must be booked by a teacher on an educational visit (groups of students making a general visit do not qualify for this rate).
-To qualify for our educational rates, visits must be from an official DfE registered school or an Ofsted registered nursery
- Your entire group must enter the zoo together in one group in order to qualify for these rates (we do not print individual tickets, and thus can not have your group enter at separate times).
- After you complete this form you will be sent detailed confirmation documents via email (within five working days). Your visit (including session availability and timings) is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
