Review your schedule from NOVEMBER 5TH, 2017 – MARCH 17TH 2018 is provided in this packet. Submit ALL CONFLICTS even if you think that we will not have rehearsal that day. Generally, we will rehearse Monday - Friday till 5:30 P.M. However, that time could be flexed up or down depending on the conflicts I receive from the cast. Please ask your parents if you have any vacation plans, particularly for Thanksgiving, doctor appointments, etc. It is not possible to do a spring sport that practices directly after school and the musical. Partial conflicts can be arranged around games, but only on a limited and pre-approved basis. I must have your sports schedule or your coach sign off on "tech week" prior to auditioning. Thank you. The schedule you submit with this form is binding, and additional conflicts that “pop up” once the cast list is posted could result in immediate dismissal from the cast. Additionally, a “no call, no show” can result in immediate dismissal or the assignment of an understudy. Thank you for taking a close look at the next 4 months of your life :-) . Thanks, Pullen
(No more than 3 "full rehearsal" conflicts (partials can be considered) with advance notice will be accepted. However, ZERO CONFLICTS during TECH WEEK & PERFORMANCES, FEBRUARY 26th - MARCH 2nd, Saturday, March 3rd, March 14th - 17th. We are trying a "pre-tech tech" situation this year so that the majority of our late rehearsals do not occur on the week of midterms. That is why it looks like tech is 2 weeks long.)
