Sweet Poetry Participation Interest Form

Any poem, any language! The LRC celebrates National Poetry Month. Sweet Poetry is an evening event in April named for enjoying tasty treats while sharing poems in any language. Celebrate your language and culture by reading/signing a poem written by your favorite poet, or an original creation!

Join us on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the Klarman Hall Atrium.

We will be in touch in late March about selecting the lineup of poems for the event. You will be asked to submit the following details about the poem you selected:
  • Title of the poem 
  • Name of the poet
  • 2-3 sentences about the poet
  • Synopsis of the poem in English (3-4 sentences)
  • The poem in the target language
  • A translation of the poem in English
