Section II: CHH Project and Housing Needs
Capitol Hill Housing is exploring the creation of a LGBTQ - friendly, low-income, senior housing building on Capitol Hill in the next several years. The building would be mixed-use with retail space and/or services on the first floor. What kind of businesses, LGBTQ organizations, or services would make it a LGBTQ-senior affirming facility?
Health needs: What health services would best serve your needs?
Social activities/programming: What social activities would benefit you and encourage a vibrant community?

An affirming and welcoming community: The building will be a mixed facility with both LGBTQ and cisgender/heterosexual people. How can residents and staff ensure it is an inclusive and accepting community?
