Self-Compassion Meditation Series
Develop skills for self-compassion and self-care through this six-week meditation series offered through a new partnership between Ithaca College and the University of Michigan’s Wellness Initiative!

The series is offered on Zoom on Thursdays, 12:30-12:50pm, 7 October - 11 November. Open to students, faculty, staff, and the general public. You will receive the meeting link by email immediately after registering.
