Complete this form to apply for a street space at the 2021 Fest.    

All artwork available for sale must be designed and made by or under the direct supervision of the booth artist(s).

Do not send payment.  Accepted artists will be notified by email beginning June 21, 2021.  An invoice will be included with the notice.

The event is subject to the public health guidelines of the City of Chicago, which as of June 11, 2021 is 100% open.  The event size, scope, and/or attendance may be impacted if those guidelines change.

BOOTH FEE & EQUIPMENT RENTAL *
The artist fee for 2021 is $225 for a 10x10 street space.  A tent is REQUIRED.  You must either bring your own tent or rent a commercial-grade tent for $300 (including delivery, setup, weights, and takedown).  Tables are available to rent for $15 each and chairs for $5 each.
