HECS Score - Hand Eye Coordination Skills
Welcome to the HECS Score Questionnaire - Measure Your Racquet Skills.

There 20 main questions, 5 for each element of HECS. Once done, you'll receive a report in your email, along with a Score Code to use on the HECS Baller website.

To get the most accurate score, select the most truthful answer. Remember there's a difference between "knowing what to do" and "actively doing it"; do your best to answer what it is you do, rather than what you think you should do.

If you're unsure about which answer to pick, choose the lower number. For example, if you're not sure between #3 or #4, choose 3!

Most professional players, especially the fan favorites, have a perfect or near perfect score. Once you know where you stack up with your HECS Score, you can see the road ahead to getting racket skills like the best in the world.

Note: To keep things simple, some words are used as an umbrella term, like "racket", which could mean a pickleball paddle, badminton racquet, tennis racket, table tennis paddle, or whatever piece of equipment you use. You may also see "ball" or "shuttle", and this is meant to be whatever projectile you happen to use for your sport.

HECS Skills are universal, applying to any racket sport you play!

This Questionnaire will take 10-15 minutes to complete, but take the time you need.
