Sometimes, staff or representatives from the Washburn-Norlands or the media takes photographs, video and/or audio recording/interviews during programs for use and publication for promotional, educational, editorial or advertising purposes. It is understood that upon completion of this reservation form and by participating in programs at the Norlands, that the group grants the Washburn-Norlands Living History Center and their legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish such records, to alter the same without restrictions, and to copyright the same. The group releases the Washburn Norlands Living History Center and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability related to said photographs, video and/or audio recordings.

If you have a student who cannot be photographed or recorded on video or audio, please check this box.

The program fee at the Norlands is $15 per student and free for chaperones, and children age 4 and younger. (Unless catering to that age primarily.)

Thanks to a charitable donation from Reny's Department Store, we are able to offer a discounted price to educational institutions.

Liability Insurance for School Programs

Our staff has been instructed in group supervision and safety procedures. However, we depend upon the awareness and cooperation of the accompanying teacher or other responsible adult(s) to maintain discipline and ensure safety.

In addition, all school groups must provide a certificate of general liability insurance. You can provide this by email, or by bringing the appropriate documentation to Norlands.
