Passengers are responsible for their own safety and conduct while on board.

The transport service operates on a set schedule. It is my responsibility to be at the designated pick-up point on time. The vehicle cannot wait for latecomers, and missing the pick-up will require me to arrange my own transportation.

ICA Korat/ICA Thailand reserves the right to deny service to any individual who does not comply with these terms or behaves in a manner that disrupts the safety and comfort of others.
