High School Competition
This year our Center for Engineering and Computing Education along with SC Council on Competitiveness will host engineering competitions during USC's spring break. We will have 2 different types of engineering competitions. 2 teams of 3 each per teacher is allowed to attend.

Engineering Design is always important! Defining the design constraints, clarifying the mission objectives, implementing the design, and making money are all key to the engineering process. Come test your engineering design and analysis skills in this competition!

Reverse that! We will be using OnShape.com. The student will follow the design process, sketch their ideas, draw the parts on OnShape, make modifications and present their ideas.

I like to move it! Students will haul on unknown load to an unknown distance. Purchasing supplies from the store, thinking about the best way to haul the load the distance needed, and presenting their final ideas to a panel of judges!

Monday, March 11 10am-4pm at the College of Engineering and Computing
