Registration fee per child: $20
*the 2021 registration fee is reduced due to the shortened 2020 season

*If you paid registration and fulfilled your fundraising requirements for the 2020 season but did not get to play due to:
-Covid 19 health concerns
-Lack of having a team to participate on
The registration fee for 2021 season will be waived and fundraising is not required but if you would like to participate, it would be appreciated.

Parental Consent

I, the parent/guardian of the below named candidate for a position on a ball team in the East Taylor-Jackson Youth League, hereby give my approval for his/her participation in any and all league activities during the current season. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including transportation to and from the activities, and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the East Taylor-Jackson Youth League, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and person transporting my child except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. Full insurance coverage less $25.00 deductible-to be paid by the parents or guardian. I assume full responsibility and accept as mandatory for my child to wear supporters, protective cups, and protective face gear(where applicable). I agree to return upon request the uniform and other equipment issued to my child in as good condition as when received, except for normal wear. I will furnish a certified birth certificate of the above named candidate upon request of league officials.

Fundraising Obligations

The league will have one, possibly two fundraisers this season. ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS MUST SELL OR BUY ALL FUNDRAISERS. If you do not wish to participate in the fundraiser, a fee of $75 paid at registration will fulfill your obligation. This year we will have a basket party and possibly an additional fundraiser. Parents are responsible to turn in basket tickets by March 8. You will not receive your uniform until tickets and basket have been received.

Concession Stand

Parents are required to work in the concession stand two (2) times per season. If the parent or guardian does not work their assigned dates, their child cannot play in any league games until a $25 penalty has been paid to the league per occurrence. Parents may have someone else work their shift, but the concession managers must be made aware of any changes. PLEASE WORK YOUR DAYS OR TRADE WITH FELLOW PARENTS.

ETJ Booster Card - All coaches/assistant coaches are required to have a booster card. Parents are encouraged to purchase a booster card which gives you the privilege of voting on league operations. Please reach out to league officials with questions.
