Career Day Speaker Form 

We would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in Galway Elementary School’s Career Day, scheduled for Wednesday April 30th, 2025 from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your professional journey to becoming who you are today with our kindergarten through 5th grade students. It also allows our students to have a firsthand look at what careers are available in the 21st century. As a guest speaker you will inspire and motivate our students to dream and set goals for their bright future.

It’s important for you to know this is an in-person event. Guest speakers should plan a 30 minute presentation with an additional 5-10 minutes at the end to allow students to ask questions. 

If you are unable to commit to a full day, we can work out a half day schedule for the morning or afternoon. We hope you are available for multiple sessions; but, any amount of time that you can give us on April 30th will be greatly appreciated. 

In the event you are unable to participate as a guest speaker, perhaps you would consider providing a prerecorded video that gives detailed information about your company or career.

We want our students to know that they have the potential to do great things in the 21st century. Through hard work and perseverance, they can achieve success in any profession they choose to pursue.
