Welcome to our VMSP Walkathon Fundraiser Sponsorship Form! Thank you for your willingness to support our runners and help us raise money for Project Axia!! Please fill out the following Google Form to sponsor a participant in our walkathon.

We'll use this email address to give you updates on the walkathon and notify you about important information prior to the event.

We use your phone number to text you after the event is over to share your donation summary.

We will breakdown your total pledge amount by multiplying your donation per lap by how many laps your sponsors ran (repeated for each of your sponsors). Note that your total pledge amount will always be capped by your MAX amount to pledge (asked later in form).
