Terms and Conditions
By registering for exhibit space at The Northwest Chocolate Festival (NWCF) in Seattle, Washington - you (Exhibitor) agree to and accept the following terms and conditions.
NWCF reserves the right to alter the Exhibit Area Floor Plan as it deems necessary.
Only one company may be represented in each designated booth space unless otherwise approved by show management.
Your exhibit space does not include electrical, internet, applicable health permits or food safety requirements. These elements, if required by Exhibitor, need to be arranged separately through the official show contractors.
All booth cancellations must be received by October 6th, 2020. Due to the difficulty of determining and detailing the losses which would result from cancellation of exhibit space, the Exhibitor agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the exhibit fees. No refunds for cancellation will be given to Exhibitors within 30 days of the show date.
Exhibitor who fails to occupy its assigned space by 5:00pm Friday, the day prior to the Event opening doors, will be considered “no show.” NWCF has the right to use “no show” exhibit space in the Event’s best interest as show management deems fit.
By entering the premises all Exhibitors consent to be photographed. All photographs are property of NWCF and may be used for marketing and promotion of the Event.
At any time, and for any reason the NWCF show management may terminate the Exhibitor reservation and contract. The show management reserves the right to remove exhibits and exhibitors from the show for any reason.
