Dear Space Safari Tribe,
We’re thrilled to announce that the call for volunteers for Space Safari 2026 is now open!
This year’s edition takes place in the beautiful forests of Massembre, a remote and magical location nestled in nature—perfect for disconnecting from the ordinary and stepping into the extraordinary.
But before the magic can begin, there’s work to be done. Starting August 31st, we’ll begin shaping the festival grounds, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on volunteers to join our crew and help bring Space Safari to life. To get a smooth start on Monday, we ask everyone to arrive on site on Sunday, August 30th after 5 PM.
We’ll be working on-site each day from 09:00 to 18:00, and we ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of five days during the build-up and/or three days during the break-down. In return for your energy and dedication, you’ll receive:
- A free entrance ticket to the festival (if you only volunteer during break-down, you need to buy a ticket that will be fully refunded after the break-down)
- If you volunteer for the build-up, you receive €50 in festival credits (refundable after the festival)
- And our heartfelt gratitude for co-creating this unique gathering with us
You can indicate your availability in the form below—we welcome support during both the build-up and breakdown phases.
✨ During build-up and breakdown, we provide:
- Three nourishing meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- A spot at the crew camping (bring your own tent)
- Access to showers and basic facilities
Each day will be full of community spirit, creative collaboration, and shared purpose—and of course, a well-earned pintje to close the day in celebration.
