Dear Parents, if you did not sign up for the KEF school directory in the Fall and you would like your child to have a personal pledge page URL on 99Pledges for convenient sharing during the Read-a-thon, please complete the form below (NOTE: Students included in the directory will automatically receive a link to their page.) All students will receive printed materials, but without their own pledge page, any donations made in support of your child will need to be collected as cash or checks. (You can make general donations online using the main page, but they will not be linked to your student for "credit" towards fundraising prizes.) Please fill out one form per child in your family.
