The theme of the 2018 QuIPS conference is technology, entrepreneurship, and sustainability in health. We encourage submissions from individuals doing work in these areas as it relates to quality improvement and patient safety.

Please have all final information ready before beginning to complete this form. You will be required to fill out all applicable sections. If you have any questions or concerns email you can email qi@utihiopenschool.ca.

You will not have an opportunity to edit this information later.
The final deadline for abstract submissions is May 6th, 2018.
