This is the Google form to use if you are having an issue with your school-issued Chromebook, or school software like IXL,  etc, please complete this form and the team at LCS IT will do our best to resolve this for you. Once you complete this form the IT department will reach out to you via phone to see if the issue can be resolved. If it requires a hands-on repair, the contact will set up an appointment to bring the device to one of our repair centers.  Please allow 36 hours for a return call.
