This contract is made between Nature’s Playhouse Ferndale, LLC, and the "Renter", collectively, the "Parties" for the use of private play time at Nature’s Playhouse, Ferndale, LLC

By completing this form, I understand:

Usage of space:
Renter is responsible for any clean up and required to leave the space as is. No food or drink is permitted in the play space. Any indication of food, drink or other materials in the play space will be subject to a hypoallergenic cleaning fee. Renter and guests may consume food and beverages in the separate kitchen area. Beyond ordinary wear and tear, Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused by Renter's use of the Space.

Minors in the space are to be supervised at all times.

Nature's Playhouse shall have the right to enter the Space any reasonable purpose

Indemnification:
Renter will hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Nature’s Playhouse, LLC, for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by client’s usage of space. Renter will notify Nature's Playhouse of any damages or injury regardless of cause.

Revocation:

Nature's Playhouse shall have the right revoke the rental at any time prior to the event date, provided it gives Renter prior written notice of revocation. In the event Nature's Playhouse revokes rental prior to the event for reasons other than nonpayment of breach in the agreement by Renter, Nature's Playhouse shall refund the Renter the full amount paid by Renter.

Fee:

Renter agrees to pay a $50 non refundable deposit, and a $100 per hour fee. Fee includes 30 minutes of set up time pre event and 30 minutes of cleanup time post event. Going over your allotted time is subject to additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:
All contracts are final and no refunds will be given.

Payment Procedure:
Payment in the full is due with this contract. Payments must be paid in full via Credit Card and due upon booking.

Jurisdiction:
Renter and Nature’s Playhouse Ferndale, LLC, hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan for the enforcement of this Agreement.

Integration:
This contract shall represent the whole agreement between Nature’s Playhouse Ferndale, LLC, and Renter. Any modifications to the terms herein shall be in writing and signed by both the parties.
