As we consider the changing landscape of culture, the university campus, and this generation of students, the ACM board see now more than ever the need for collegiate ministries that disciples students to understand their sacred vocation and calling to bring more of the Kingdom of God to earth as it is in heaven.
One area we observe hindering our members in reaching our goals is often a struggle to filling staffing needs.
The ACM is working on better helping our members both fill job-openings in your local ministries and finding job opportunities in ministry for interns, students, donors, or staff that you have mentored.
In order to accomplish this, we have identified 4 areas that we ACM members can come together and help each other with: 1. Identify staffing needs 2. Recruiting potential staff 3. Application and Assessment support 4. Support raising training.
ACM goal is to help members have fully staffed teams of the right people at the right time in the right place who are fully funded.
