ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) (the “Eligible Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, if greater) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether related or not), of Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts Limited (“Sponsor”), the MLB Entities, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and is void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 11, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 20, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries beyond this limit will be void.

All information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at charlestyrwhitt.com. Entries must be complete and accurate, including a valid email address. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.
RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS
On or about August 21, 2025 (the “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE
One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The winner will receive four (4) tickets for the winner and three (3) guests to the August 24, 2025 New York Yankees home game scheduled to be played at 7:10 PM EST.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800. Transportation and lodging are NOT included.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
All prize details will be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is fully responsible for any applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use—such as transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, and insurance—are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its discretion.
Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see yankees.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see yankees.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. 

 
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via the email address, postal address, and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry (the "Prize Notification"). If the potential winner does not respond within 24 HOURS of notification or declines the prize, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected.
The winner may be required to submit a valid Social Security number for tax purposes and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. Additionally, the winner may need to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within five (5) days of issuance.
If required in the Eligible Territory, the winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to claim the prize.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY / PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to:
1. Be bound by these Official Rules and entry requirements.
2. Waive, release and hold harmless Sponsor, the MLB Entities, and all affiliated parties from any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the prize.
3. Grant Sponsor and MLB permission to use their name, city/state, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor and MLB reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond their control affect its execution.
Attempts to damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the Sweepstakes operation may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
By entering, entrants agree that:
• All disputes, claims, or causes of action related to the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York County, NY, under JAMS arbitration rules.
• They waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for out-of-pocket expenses.
• The Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York State law.
