The Conflict Resolution & Negotiations will use one scenario (see the video) to discuss how to successfully resolve conflict and negotiate agreements. The 1.5 hour online course is being offered by Neuberg Gore and Saturn Leadership. It will introduce the CUBE model which boils down complex models of communication into one practical, easy-to-use method that helps people avoid the most common mistakes in any challenging conversations. This course will specifically focus on conflict resolution and negotiation.

The Negative Feedback and Accountability will introduce the five escalating conversation from negative feedback to holding a team member accountable, and ultimately to letting them go if they can't fulfill their role.
