You are invited to participate by having a display at the convention.
$25.00 charge for a 6’ tableTables will be left up Friday night, so do not plan to leave anything valuable on them No signs may be posted on the walls Outlets are limited so please bring your own heavy duty extension cord Displays may be set up on Friday, October 27 starting at 8:30 am Displays must be removed by 3:00 pm Saturday, October 28.
Make your check payable to the Episcopal Diocese of Western New York, marked with Convention Display Fee, in the memo field. There are a limited number table spaces available, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
