There is limited space available for vendors or displays. There is a $25.00 charge for an 8’ table. Space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Guidelines:* Displays may be set up on Friday, October 25, starting at 8:00 am and must be removed by 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 26.* Tables will be left up Friday night, so do not plan to leave anything valuable on them. * No signs may be posted on the walls. * Outlets are limited so please bring your own heavy duty extension cord.
Make your check payable to the Episcopal Diocese of Western New York, marked with Convention Display Fee in the memo field.
