Current membership fees for new members are as follows:

$200 non-refundable administrative application fee
•Current one-time membership fee: $40,000*
$5,000 deposit due within 14 days of Board approval
Remaining balance due within 30 days of Board approval
Current annual Association fee: $6,500, payable in three installments

Membership fees and annual Association fees are established by the Board of Directors and are subject to change. Applicants are responsible for the fees in effect at the time membership is approved and site is available.
