A Family Fitness program focused on giving back to those who serve, protect and strengthen our communities. Each month of 2026, we will provide a One-Month of FREE access to 26 individuals of a particular group, plus additional perks you won't want to miss!

Instructions: 
To claim your FREE month of FULL ACCESS and secure your spot, you must:
  1. Complete this questionnaire.
  2. Come in to the front desk to sign a waiver and get your access card.

  • Must fall within the category of the month
  • Must present valid work ID at the front desk
  • Only 26 spots are available
  • For non-members only
  • Pass must be used within a 30 day period
