ELIBILITY AND CONDITIONS
Applicants must be actively employed by GPS and in good standing.
By clicking yes below, this constitutes my signature and my agreement to the following conditions if I am awarded a Classroom Innovation Grant: Application must be submitted online and if I am awarded a grant I agree that I must submit a full budget for project/initiative and entire funding must be covered by this grant (no partial funding). I further understand that grant dollars can be utilized for programs into the summer and next school year, however procurement must be completed before end of 2016-2017 academic year or money will be forfeited and returned to GEF. All procurement must be done through GPS and follow the standard procedures of the district. Grant requests can not be for more than $1,500 total, and ideas that need funding BEFORE January 2017 will not be evaluated. I also understand that Professional Development IS NOT eligible for a classroom grant. I agree that all materials, supplies, and equipment funded by this grant will become the property of the GPS district and not my personal property. I understand that I can submit multiple grant applications in the same academic year, however only one grant will be awarded per applicant. I agree to allow GPS and GEF to release my name as a Grant Award Winner and promote the Grant Program with photographs of myself, projects and students through social media, print or otherwise. I further agree that if any students do not have signed GPS media release from their parents I will make GEF aware of this prior to any photographs being taken. I understand that any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the grant will render the me ineligible for future grant applications.

CLASSROOM INNOVATION GRANT SHOWCASE
GEF may give grant winners an opportunity to exhibit their innovative and creative projects to their district peers, as well as to showcase their work to GEF Donors and the community.
