Participants should cater for a commencement date of Friday 9th April 2021. Communications with the participants may be via e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS Text Messages.
The FCC system of examinations has three levels, Technician, General and Extra. This training is for the General Class. Exams are done in a progression, i.e. one cannot sit the General without first having passed the Technican. A prerequisite is that participants for the General Class should already be familiar with the Technician Class information as the knowledge is cumulative. To follow along with information presented in the General, it would be best to review the Technican Class material prior. The full Technician Class sessions are available at
. All participants are encouraged to review these videos prior to the commencement of the General Class sessions. The handouts for the prior Technician Class sesssion are available for download from
The pace of the class will be gentle, and the presentations will be exam-focused. All questions in the current General Class question pool will be tackled. The aim is to have a basic understanding of the concepts and calculations so that candidates can answer based on knowledge rather than just remembering the right answers to multiple-choice questions.
We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, postpone or cancel the course at any time should it become necessary, however, best effort will be made to communicate with participants.
