We're joining forces with the Music Industry Creatives and WIUX to host another artist party in collaboration with the Burning Couch Festival x Culture Shock launch! I FELL, THURSDAY MARCH 28TH FROM 7-9PM!! Join local artists and creatives in town for a party to help build community in the art world and provide opportunity for connections! Festivities, a DJ, drinks, and art will be flowing at this free event!
MIC is a student-led organization at Indiana University, fostering collaboration and networking among aspiring music industry professionals to enrich collegiate experiences and provide resources for artists. Through collaborations and community support, MIC aims to empower emerging talents and cultivate a diverse music scene in Bloomington, supporting the growth and success of local artists.
WIUX is a student-run media organization with 2 radio stations, 99.1 FM and B-side Internet radio. The organization also covers music news, video and visual content, podcasts, interviews, and much more!
The City of Bloomington hosts a quarterly Artist Party for local artists, art administrators and organizations, and creatives at no cost to the attendees. The idea is to provide a space for connection and collaboration, to inspire and build community. A place for artists by artists to share resources and visions for the Bloomington art world!
