Rental times include set up, take down and cleaning time.

ACC prohibits the use of alcohol and tobacco on campus.

$100 refundable cleaning and key return fee is required.

ACC does not offer trash service - all trash is the responsibility of the renter.

Traverse wall usage is not included in gym rental.

Rental Fees:

*Addison residents may use the gym for family events free for up to 3 hours. After that time, regular fees apply*

Gym: 1-3 hours $40. 4-6 hours $75.

Kitchen: 1-3 hours N/A. 4-6 hours $100.

West Wing: 1-3 hours $30. 4-6 hours $50.

Classroom with restroom: 1-3 hours $35. 4-6 hours 60.

Classroom: 1-3 hours $30. 4-6 hours $50.
